Smooth, Scalloped Internal Profile

A key feature across our feed bunker range is the smooth, scalloped internal profile.

Unlike bunker designs with sharp internal corners, the curved profile helps prevent feed from becoming trapped in corners and difficult to clean areas.

This makes it easier to remove leftover feed during routine cleaning and helps keep the internal feeding surface cleaner.

The smooth concrete surface also provides a practical finish for regular maintenance and cleaning, helping make everyday use of the bunker simpler.

Designed to Help Improve Feeding Hygiene

Elevated bunker designs provide a physical separation between the feeding area and the ground.

Keeping feed raised above the ground level can help reduce contact with dirt, mud, standing moisture and other ground level contaminants.

This can be particularly useful in livestock environments where feeding areas experience regular traffic from cattle and machinery.

The elevated designs in our range include the T1, T1A, Type 2 and Type 3 bunkers.

For applications where ground level feeding is preferred, the Type 4 U shaped bunker provides a practical alternative.

Keep Feeding Areas Cleaner

Purpose designed feed bunkers help define the feeding area and keep feed contained where livestock can access it.

Elevated bunker designs can also help prevent feed from spreading directly into surrounding livestock passageways.

Keeping feed concentrated within the bunker can make the surrounding area easier to manage and can reduce the amount of feed that needs to be cleared from passageways.

Designed for Easy Cleaning

Regular cleaning of feeding areas is an important part of maintaining a clean livestock environment.

Our bunker feature smooth concrete internal surfaces designed to make routine cleaning easier.

The smooth scalloped profile helps reduce areas where leftover feed can become trapped, allowing the internal surface to be cleared more efficiently.

Built for Demanding Agricultural Environments

Our feed bunkers are manufactured from precast concrete and reinforced with steel.

The combination of reinforced concrete concstruction and substantial bunker profiles provides a durable feeding structure designed for regular livestock use.

Whether installed in a large commercial feedlot, cattle yard, farm/agricultural property our bunkers are designed to provide a long-lasting fixed feeding solution.

Multiple Feed Bunker Configurations

Different livestock operations have different feeding requirements, which is why our range includes multiple bunker designs.

Elevated Bunkers

The T1, T1A, Type 2 and Type 3 provide elevated feeding options designed to keep the feeding area raised above ground level.

Ground Level Bunker

The Type 4 U shaped bunker provides a ground level option with access from both sides.

This range of configuration allows customers to select a bunker based on livestock access, feeding layout, available space and installation requirements.

End Panels Available

End panels are available for our feed bunker range, providing a finished end to the feed line and helping contain feed within the bunker.

End panels can be particularly useful where a bunker is installed at the end of a feeding row or where additional containment control is required.
